debian is a free (both cost-wise and license-wise) linux distro
that you can download from www.debian.org.

you could google for "debian logo merchandise" and wind up at
sites such as http://www.aboutdebian.com/gear.htm and
http://debui.vlsm.org/misc/ if that helps.

for debian-based distros that have lots of visual impact, you
could try http://www.knoppix.org/ or http://www.morphix.org/ or
http://www.mepis.org/.

everybody here is already a volunteer; aside from their time and
the software they fine-tune, there's not much in the way of
other freebies to be had that i'm aware of. :)
