Re: user x login fails



I have this problem.
ls -l / |grep tmp
Just to let you know that the /tmp should have also the sticky bit, even
more if your system is a multiuser system.

chmod 1777 /tmp
will fixed it.

drwxrwxrwt    4 root     root         4096 2004-06-20 09:02 tmp
