Did you do a `depmod -a' first? It should rebuild the
/lib/modules/<kernel-version>/modules.dep, which lists all modules.
After this works, have you already loaded your cards ndis drivers with
the command ndiswrapper? man ndiswrapper is your friend. Without, the
module will load, but won't use your card.
