hmm, they all look pretty bad to me :-)

Try installing libgdkxft0 and running "LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libgdkxft.so
xmms"

If that helps, you'll want to permanently export that LD_PRELOAD
variable (how to do that depends on how you are starting X)
