...and therein lies your problem. Except in very unusual cases, you don't
mount audio cd's. You play them with a program that refers directly to the
device that contains them, such as cda, xmcd, or any one of a large number
of other possible programs. Just insert the audio CD and direct the
program to /dev/hdb.
There is a cdfs which allows you to refer to audio tracks as if they were
a mounted filesystem, but if all you want is to play the CD, you
definitely don't want to fool with that.
