Hi,
Have you tried the latest Nvidia driver
NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-5336-pkg1.run from http://www.nvidia.com?

Replace the nv driver with nvidia in your /etc/X11/XF86Config-4.
There's an example config file in that package.
