Hello, Is there a program to check, if there are files NOT managed by the package system in the /usr/* directories ? I'm running testing for 2 years with some additional applications I compiled myself. But I'm in doubt that every dist-upgrade and (configure --prefix=/opt/*; make; make install) worked well, so I'd like to have a test program to search for orphaned files in specific directories, not managed by the package system.
