Well according to packages.debian.org libncurses.so.4 is not in stable,
but searching the contents of testing returned this:

FILE                            PACKAGE

lib/libncurses.so.4             oldlibs/libncurses4

The other library is found in stable, but not in testing:

FILE                                      PACKAGE

usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2          oldlibs/libstdc++2.9-glibc2.1
