Can't update date/time with KDE

I upgraded to KDE 3.2 a few weeks ago and everything seemed fine, but 
tonight I noticed something odd: I can't set the Date/Time within KDE. 
When I try to do that, I get an error that seems to indicate the following:

/usr/bin/kcmshell clock --lang en_US

doesn't run... I get a "There was an error loading the module".

(This is the command line that is run with KDE when you choose "Adjust 
Date/Time" by right-clicking the clock or running it from with the KDE 
Control App).

I tried it from the command line (as root) and ditto... same error.

The funny thing is that I can use the Gnome Date/Time tools (even run 
within KDE) to change the date or time, so this seems definitely just a 
case of something I didn't upgrade properly in KDE.

kcmshell is in the kcontrol package, and I believe (at least according 
to kpackage) that it is the proper version -- 3.2.1-1

Anyone have any idea on what I did wrong and how to fix it?
