Error trying to install Qmail on Debian

I used the instructions at
http://www.pantz.org/email/qmail/qmailondebian.shtml to attempt to install
Qmail. Specifically, I used (in that order):

apt-get install ucspi-tcp-src
apt-get install qmail-src
apt-get install procmail
build-ucspi-tcp
build-qmail

At this point it fails. The latter part of the compiler message (where I
start seeing errors and warnings) is as follows:

Any suggestions on what this error is, and how to fix it?

Thanx,
