Re: procps broken? dpkg can't process it.

After some further work on this I've found that I can't do anything,
even as root, to /bin/ps. E.g. I can't move it elsewhere or rename it;
operation not permitted. But the permissions are the same on this file
as on the others in that directory. No doubt this is what dpkg is
complaining about but I've no idea how to fix it.
