Find out which driver you need and load it. The discover and etherconf
packages can help you to find the right driver and set up the card. You
can also use modconf to load the driver (if it is not already built
into the kernel) and edit /etc/network/interfaces manually.

It depends on the kernel you use, and of course on the card.
