it uses the atx12v/atxeps12v powesupply which is not the same as 
"standard atx"  ( at least in the latest catalog i see/have and is what we
used too )

i have all the tyan mb details from their silly/lstest [paper] catalog
and their specs

dual athlons mb w/ 5+ pci slots
	S2466N-4M	- 4x 32bit, 2x 64bit pci
	S2469GN		- 3x 32bit, 1x 64bit pci
	
dual opterons does NOT have "enuff 32bit pci" slots ( typiclly 1 or 2 )
	or 5 dual opteron or 6 w/ single opteron
	and neither of these 5 or 6 pci slot mb had 64bit pic

- on and on goes the searching for mb w/ the "right specs"
  per the original list of requirements
