Hello all, Last night I gave Kpackage a try, and it seemed to work OK. Today I have gone back to Aptitude, which dies on start up. Dselect starts up all right, but gives the error message below when I try to download new packages: /usr/lib/dpkg/methods/apt/install: line 57: 2490 Segmentation fault $APTGET $OPTS "$APT_OPT0" "$APT_OPT1" dselect-upgrade Any pointers very welcome.
