Depends on what version of Debian you use and what version of suse and
the hardware in the box. I.E. If Suse has a later version of XFree86,
4.3.x, to run a new video card you wouldn't find that in official
Debian. So it depends. I don't know Suse but I would at least compare
the X & video card items. Suse also patches their kernels more? than
Debian does. They used to have some drivers (scsi) available that were
not available in the Debian kernel.
