wrong chipset detection - what driver should I use?

Hi!

I have an ABIT BE7-RAID mainboard with an Intel 82845G/GL [Brookdale-G]
chipset. I'm running linux kernel 2.6.2, and using the

<*> Intel PIIXn chipsets support

option in kernel. I can not find any other driver which could be used
with an intel based mainboard (or are there any?).

My problem is when I'm copying between two hard drives, which are on
separate cabels, my CPU usage goes to 100% (I think it's the "nice"
usage). I think this is not normal because I have dma turned on for
every devices.

My `lspci` output is not normail either. It displays a lot of "Unknown
device" and wrong chipset version:

# lspci
00:00.0 Host bridge: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 2560 (rev 02)

02:06.0 RAID bus controller: Triones Technologies, Inc. HPT366 / HPT370
(rev 05)

See the line above:
00:1e.0 PCI bridge: Intel Corp. 82820 820 (Camino 2) Chipset PCI (rev
82)

This is wrong :(

And another:
00:1f.0 ISA bridge: Intel Corp.: Unknown device 24c0 (rev 02)

The mainboard doesn't have any ISA slots...

Do I have to use another driver which fits more for my mainboard, or is
this some "problem" regarding to the PIIXn driver?

Thanks!

Daniel
