It will if you find a provider who offers an H.323 to C7 (PSTN)
Gateway.  I believe that there are several out there, but any
provider which supports Microsoft's netmeeting should be okay,
so long as you're not required to 'dial' using ms-ldap.

The issue is all about converting signalling (for addressing),
and voice-codecs.

GSM is a good choice, CS-ACELP tandems very poorly, so should
be avoided if you can (aka G.729a).  G.711 is great if you have
the bandwidth.
