	I have a similar situation.  Looks like my cable modem is broadcasting
something it shouldn't.  It is a Terayon.

	I have the same question.  I guess one could change /etc/syslog.conf,
but I'd rather just find a way of ignoring messages generated by my
cable modem altogether.
