It's a bug in bootlogd in the latest sysvinit. It's been fixed
mostly in the sysvinit I have here, and bootlogd is also turned off
by default in that version.
However currently it is not possible to upload new packages yet
until the whole debian-machines-hacked mess has been sorted out,
so you'll have to wait ...
