Well, the .cdx, .dbf, and .fpt files are foxpro index, table, and memo
files.  There seems to be a fair body of Google hits discussing
getting foxpro to work under wine. This is a bit of a stretcher, but
if the original application was a foxpro application you might be able
to use some of these sites' information to get it to run under wine.
