Send an email from the address you're leaving to
debian-user-request@lists.debian.org, subject set to unsubscribe.
Doesn't matter what's in the body. You will get a message back asking
you to reply. Follow the instructions. You'll be sent a notice
telling you if it succeeded. You're done with this address now.
- From your new email address, send an email with the subject set to
subscribe to debian-user-request@lists.debian.org. You'll get a
message asking you to reply, follow the instructions, one more telling
you it did it, and you're on with the new address.
You can also unsubscribe the old address and subscribe the new one
using the forms at lists.debian.org, just be sure to reply to the
confirmation messages.
