apt-get problems
Since last 3 or 4 days, I am not able to apt-get update as I get a load
of lines telling me that the connection was refused. I am including the
same below (sorry for the linebreaks. It is the typescript log):

But, I can go to these locations using elinks/galeon/lftp/etc. Is there
something that I am missing?
