Routing/Load balancing

Hi all,

I just have a quick question about routing with two links, basically
what we are looking at is a permanent SDSL link with a backup smaller
128/128 dedicated link.

What would I have to do to get everything routed through the 128/128
link if the main link goes down. Nothing too detailed at the moment as I
am just getting ideas at the moment.

Also maybe some sort of load balancing we could set up, I just need to
know how I would go about setting something like this up.
