Yes, and most of them utterly incomprehensible for someone not
knowledgeable in the field.
I was just reacting to 20 minutes of SVCD per CD, which is a gross
exaggeration of the demands of the SVCD format. In the SVCDs I produce I
always use quality values a bit higher than those recommended in the docs
for reasonable quality, and I never went below the 40-minute-per-CD mark.

You would need 5 or 6 CDs for that one... ;)
