the cooler the drives is ( esp the mechanical bearings and ICs on the
controllers ) ... the longer your disk will last...
	decrease in 1/2 the average lifespan of your disks for
	every 10C increase in operating temp from ambient mtbf

- i always add a fan to all 7200 rpm or faster disks, even in mid-tower
  cases
	- and getting back to the air flow thingie, make sure air
	flows only in one direction and no dead space of air flow
	or excessive turbulence that it does cool anything down
