I'm not clear what you are asking but after installing spamassassin I just
added this to to /etc/procmailrc:

DROPPRIVS=yes
:0fw
* < 256000
| spamc

Then let your mail clients filter as they see fit (or use .procmialrc in
usesr accounts to filter).

Can you run apt-get remove on Windows? ;)
