you dont have a lo in ur route: loopback interface.

check whether you can ping to yourself (lo) 127.0.0.1 on each pc.
then configure pc1 as 192.168.0.1. repeat the two steps with pc2,
only changing the ip address.

the initial sections of Net-HOWTO must help.
