AW: Can debian detect a tape drive without rebooting?
I have installed the package and run rescan-scsi-bus.sh:
Host adapter 1 (aic7xxx) found.
Host adapter 0 (gdth) found.
Scanning for device 0 0 0 0 ...
OLD: Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 00 Lun: 00
Vendor: ICP Model: Host Drive #00 Rev:
Type: Direct-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02
Scanning for device 0 0 1 0 ...
OLD: Host: scsi0 Channel: 00 Id: 01 Lun: 00
Vendor: ICP Model: Host Drive #01 Rev:

It couldn't detect the tape drive connected to aic7xxx.Is there anything
