First create the user on system B. Then move the user's home
directory (how you do that depends on what hardware set up you have).
Also move the user's mail spool (usually /var/mail/$USER) and anything
else they might own on system A (the 'find' command will help you
there).
If the user's UID will change in the move you'll need to change the
ownership of all the user's files to the new uid.
