Unavailable? Since when? WFM.
Woody CD's 2+3.
Regular woody sources or:
ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qt/source/qt-x11-free-3.3.0b1.tar.bz2 (12MB)

If you install their source you get everything all at once. But the 
compile will run for several hours.
If you install woody's you have to get several packages to get it all 
and it will not be the most recent (which is 3.3) but 3.0, which will 
make no difference unless you are a Qt expert and know what is contained 
in 3.3 that is not in the others. Qt is going hot on GUI tools that 
allow a "consumer" (more or less) to create GUI apps. with hunt and peck.
