need to upgrade to 3.0r2?

Hi,

I am running Sarge (testing) after dist-upgrading from Woody a few weeks ago. Do I need to upgrade to 3.0r2?

If yes, is this what I need in sources in list file:
deb http://security.debian.org/ stable/updates main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp2.de.debian.org/ stable main contrib non-free
deb http://ftp2.de.debian.org/debian-non-US/ stable main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/ sarge/updates main non-free contrib

I tried this and got 404ed from ftp2 sites (see below). I am new to this package stuff and am not sure exactly what to write in sources.lst.

thanks for your help,
->HS

W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
