Where did the CD writing howto go?

I know there is supposed to be a howto file in 
/usr/share/doc/HOWTO/en-txt/CD-Writing-HOWTO.gz but the complete 
/usr/share/doc/HOWTO/en-txt directory is missing (I guess it's not part 
of the knoppix harddisk installation)
What do I have to do to get the - very helpfull! - howto's ?
