I used bastille in the past and found it to do
it's job quite well.
You may als look at:
Personally i do this to harden a server:
- remove all unnecessary software
- add firewall script
- run bastille (hardening)
- install file integrity checker (i'm testing samhain at the moment)
- install snort
- install logchecker
