Pentium M processor and kernel .config

Hi,

I am compiling my kernels for a mobile pentium processor using:

CONFIG_MPENTIUM4=y

Reading different webpages and postings it seems that some are using PENTIUMIII others PENTIUM4. Is there one that is right for me?
