HAHAHHA!  What even makes you think that?  Debian is an OS.  It
doesn't run on other OS's, it *is* one.  Did you even read the web
page (http://debian.org/) to avoid looking like an idiot up front, or
did you need to prove it to the world?


It's funny that you say that, because a couple of months ago I was
browsing some online store.  I saw in their utils/OS secion that
they were offering a Mandrake Box set.  The summary loooked something
like this:

Product: Mandrake Linux 9.1
Price: $49.95
OS: Windows 98/Me
....

There was more after that, but I couldn't bring myself to keep reading.
Clearly, their database was not setup to cope with anything other than
MS OSes.  I had a pretty good laugh out of that.
