If I am not mistake, there is no official patch. You will need to either
download the patch or try using an ac kernel if you don't want the 2.6
ones.
The cvsroot for the cpufreq source is
:pserver:cvs@pubcvs.arm.linux.org.uk:/mnt/src/cvsroot
I am afraid I don't remember the site address.
