There are others:

popsneaker <http://www.ixtools.de/popsneaker/>. Can delete by
account (something which apparently can't be done directly in
mailfilter):

   poll pop3.fubar.com with protocol POP3
user 'fumanchu' there with password 'fucares'
        preconnect 'popsneaker -v -t 60 pop3.fubar.com'
        with limit 32000

SMM <http://savemymodem.sourceforge.net/>. GTK-based interactive
pop mail remover.

popcheck (official Debian package available). NCurses-based
interactive pop mail remover. Can probably be scripted with its
-i (file) and -o (file) options.

sylpheed-claws also used to have a "selective download" feature.
