SMTP Relay, closed (or so i thought)?

Hey there, "the list".

I was wondering, i recently sat up my own smtp/imap server, behind my
firewall.. (running Exim/Courier)

And i had a little of problems with smtp spammers, so i finaly got the
relay settings tightened up, so that only i could recive/send messages..

Or so i Thougt. but now i get (not as much as i did earlier) messages
looking like this in the header :
-----------------
Received: from [192.168.1.1] (helo=vsmtp3.tin.it) by debianservee with

where 192.168.1.1 is the local interface for my firewall.
(all mails dont have these particular adresses, they come from different
hosts, yahoo, aol, etc etc..)

Why? i havent done anything to my imap/smtp settings..
and.. how do i prevent it ? can i prevent it, or do i have to live with
it? (hope not!!)

Best Regards
