This is unwise, IMHO: pick a release and stick to it, don't try all
three, since elaborate combinations of all three will rarely work. In
particular mixing stable and either testing or unstable is a recipe for
confusion.

You've only got non-US sources. The non-US archive only consists of
packages that can't be distributed from the US. See
http://www.debian.org/mirror/list to find a mirror of the main archive
near you.
