gtm keeps making 'sh <defunct>' processes
i'm not sure if its just a setting i have wrong, but when i've finished
downloading stuff there are a number of sh <defunct> show up in ps -A
part of the output from 'ps -AH'

what setting did i foobar or is it a bug? i didn't find it in the bug list
for gtm on debian or sourceforge.
