I'm trying to get the program called "ical" compiled, but I keep getting the
following error when I run "./configure";

checking for prefix by ... checking for wish... /usr/bin/wish
checking for tcl library... configure: error: not found
Weird since I have tcl installed;
dpkg -l | grep tcl

Any ideas, help and/or tips would be greatly appreciated.
