Howto install Compaq Health (for Proliant) on Debian Woody

to install Compaq Health driver on an Debian Woody system.  The Drivers
are the original ones from Compaq for RedHat.

This will give you

   hplog ... to manipulate the HW-Log Facility
   hpuid ... to manipulate the UIDLed
   and will reduce the FAN-noise considerably.
