java 1.4 issue
I'm having a wierd dependency issue. I've installed 'j2re1.4', when
compiling I'm given this error:
dpkg: error processing j2sdk1.4-doc (--configure): subprocess
post-installation script returned error exit status 1 dpkg: dependency
problems prevent configuration of j2sdk1.4-src: j2sdk1.4-src depends on

the J2SDK documentation. You will need to go download one of the
archives:

j2sdk-1_4_1-doc.zip j2sdk-1_4_0-doc-ja.zip
(choose the non-update version if this is the
first installation). Please visit
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/download.html
now and download. The file should be
owned by root.root and be copied to /tmp.
Ok, so I dutifully went and downloaded 'j2sdk-1_4_1-doc.zip', put it in
the /tmp directory, chowned root -- but it still throws up the same
error.
Any suggestions - I'm attempting to get Jakarta Tomcat going. Is Mozilla
required? I hope not, I want to stay away from an XFree environment.
