Actually the funny thing was that I was about to ask about the Howto 
HOWTO, but then I thought that would confuse too many people. I googled 
for "howto for writing a howto", but that did not turn up anything too 
useful.

Thank you for asking Paul, however, I got the stuff I needed thanks to
