CD #1 of Woody 3.0r1 is available here (among other places):
ftp://ftp.uk.debian.org/debian-iso/
I haven't tried this, but I wonder if it would be possible to rsync that
against a local copy of Woody 3.0, and avoid downloading the whole CD.
