I have the same problem as Nicos, but sizemode was "normal" to begin
with.

In .mozilla/default/igov8kj8.slt/localstore.rdf :
  <RDF:Description
about="chrome://navigator/content/viewSource.xul#main-window"
                   sizemode="normal"
                   height="700"
                   width="800"
                   screenX="24"
                   screenY="64" />

Anyone have any other ideas?
