A friend of mine uses this service for Debian dedicated hosting:

I'm not sure if Debian is the default, but you can request it and they will comply.

And just for the record - no, I don't work for this company or own their stock. In fact, I don't use this service because I don't need a dedicated host for my meager requirements.
