Re: Compiling kernel



I just tried to rebuild my current kernel and I am experiencing the
exact same error. I'm also running testing, and the kernel is 2.4.20,
although also 2.4.18 and 19 are giving errors. Moreover, I did not
change any options, so something else should be wrong (at least in my
case)...

Not quite an answer to your question, but you (we) may having another
problem than a "forgotten" kernel option.
