Keep eth1 the way it is.
Configure eth0 (the one with the DSL) to use
Dynamic IP (I think it is called DCHP?). This is
because your DSL ISP will assign you a dynamic IP
address. The DCHP will take that IP and assign it
to the card.
Then, make sure you configure
/etc/network/interfaces appropriately
To make this PC share the internet with your
network, you will need to setup ipchains (or
iptables if you are using a 2.4 kernal). This
process of "sharing the internet" is called
masquerading, or simply MASQ.
