for 2.4.19 kernels

every once in a blue moon, we collect data from some machines
that can spend an extra few days sitting there

http://www.linux-1u.net/Disks/Tests/
	- look for the "same filenames" w/ ext3 vs reiserfs
	as its differences

	- tests are just looks of 2.4.19 kernel compiles

test.pl ( test script used to generate the raw data/mess )
test.analyze.pl ( find the average time between compiles )
	linux-2.4.19.config... the config file used
		- usally tweeked for cpu
